Size & fit

Bracelets come in Small (6.5"), Standard (7") and Large (7.5") on stretch cord. 

Measure your wrist just below the bone: under 6" (15 cm) → Small · 6–6.5" (15–16.5 cm) → Standard, fits most · 6.5–7" (16.5–18 cm) → Large. 

Between sizes? Go up.

Necklaces come in 16, 18 or 20 inches. 16" sits at the collarbone, 18" just below it, 20" on the upper chest. Most women wear 18", most men 20".
